Refund policy
We have a 75% refund policy if cancelled within one month of booking, which means we will refund 75% of the monies paid upon booking. If cancellation occurs within one week before booking, we will refund 50% of monies paid at checkout. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than one week before reservation date. We offer rescheduling for anytime within the calendar year with no fees.
If cancellation is weather related and you are unable to reschedule, we will refund all monies paid except for credit cards fees.

Unsatisfactory Experience
Please contact us immediately if our experience with us was unsatisfactory, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Rescheduling
Please reach out ASAP to reschedule your experience with us. We try to be as flexible as we can, however we cannot accommodate every situation.
Refunds
We will notify you when we’ve received your cancellation request (you can also call 719-783-2222 to talk with a representative) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
